Winter Seasonal Information:

• Winter seasonal rentals cannot be held. A deposit equal to the first month’s rent is required to secure the property.
• The remaining balance for all months booked is due in full 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
• All payments must be made by credit or debit card.
• Pricing reflects the full winter season (January, February, and March), with a few exceptions (see below).
• All listed prices include everything (plowing, heating, utilities, exit cleaning fee, and taxes).
• Linens and towels are not provided!
• Pet Fee: $100 (if applicable).
• A signed seasonal rental agreement is required.

Winter Seasonal Rental Policy: All seasonal reservations are final. If you should have to cancel for any reason, we cannot refund money unless we are able to rebook the property for the same dates. If the property is rebooked your funds will be returned. We do not refund for weather events. You will sign an agreement which covers all months of your seasonal rental with Morton & Furbish Vacation Rentals.
