2026 Monthly Rentals

Monthly Information:

  • While availability windows are listed below, lease terms are flexible—many homes can accommodate stays from 1 month up to 6 months (depending on availability).
  • The first month’s rent is due at the time of booking. Each following month’s rent is due on the 15th of the month prior.
  • All payments must be made by credit or debit card.
  • All listed prices include everything (plowing, heating, utilities, etc.)
  • An exit cleaning fee will be added onto the final months rent.
  • Linens and towels are not provided!
  • Pet Fee: $100 (if applicable).
  • A signed seasonal rental agreement is required.

A few things to note: 

  • Lease terms are flexible based on availability (1–6 months). 
  • Pricing may vary depending on length of stay and timing. 
  • Homes come FULLY furnished and ready to enjoy Rangeley!

Rental Policy: 

All seasonal reservations are final. If you should have to cancel for any reason, we cannot refund money unless we are able to rebook the property for the same dates. If the property is rebooked your funds will be returned. We do not refund for weather events. You will sign an agreement which covers all months of your seasonal rental with Morton & Furbish Vacation Rentals.
