To ensure that you receive correct search results please read through the following helpful hints. For summer rentals it is especially important to put in the correct arrival and departure days for the body of water you want to be on or you may not see all of your options.

Summer Rentals – Private waterfront homes are week long stays only in July and August. Rangeley Lake and Gull pond homes mostly rent Saturday to Saturday. Mooselookmeguntic Lake, Quimby Pond, Dodge Pond, Loon Lake, Saddleback Lake and Beaver Mountain Lake mostly rent Sunday to Sunday.
Off Water Homes – Homes rent for a three night minimum stay.
Winter Rentals – Most homes have a three night minimum stay, except during the February school vacation week where homes rent for a full week. Winter full week rentals begin on either Friday or Sunday.
To get the most accurate pricing, enter the exact dates for your stay and then on the property listing pages you will see the total price listed with all taxes and fees.
If you are booking, know that the home is only on a HOLD to give the reservationist time to confirm the reservation. If there is an issue with the reservation someone will contact you within 24 hours.
We cannot allow guests to go over capacity at any of our properties.
