Monthly Information:
- A deposit equal to the first month’s rent is required to secure the property.
- The remaining balance for all months booked is due in full 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- All payments must be made by credit or debit card.
- An exit cleaning fee will be added onto the final months rent.
- Linens and towels are not provided!
- Pet Fee: $100 (if applicable).
- A signed seasonal rental agreement is required.

Summer Seasonal Rental Policy: All seasonal reservations are final. If you should have to cancel for any reason, we cannot refund money unless we are able to rebook the property for the same dates. If the property is rebooked your funds will be returned. We do not refund for weather events. You are signing an agreement which covers all months of your seasonal rental with Morton & Furbish Vacation Rentals.
