Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Main Floor Queen, Second Bedroom Lower Level Queen, Third Bedroom Lower Level Bunks . Sleeps up to 9 guests. 

Location: Just above the Saddleback area base lodge with trail access. 8.0 miles to downtown Rangeley, 15.0 miles to downtown Oquossoc.

FAQs: Two vehicles only- park in front of the condo unit! Additional vehicles can park at one of the public lots near the Base Lodge. This condo has a charcoal grill available from mid May - mid October. There is a standard drip coffee maker and french press here!

Ski-In/Ski-Out: Early ski season at Saddleback can offer incredible ski-in/ski-out convenience, but trail access does depend on natural snow coverage and current mountain conditions. Some condos may have true slope-side access right from opening day, while others become ski-in/ski-out as the snowpack builds.
