Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a finished basement living room with an electric fire place. Step outside the front door and find a charcoal grill and seating, perfect for evening nights and chill afternoons. A portable fire pit is available for guests to enjoy roasting marshmallows under a blanket of stars.

With direct snowmobile access to the ITS trail system, close proximity to town, and Rangeley Lake views - this location is hard to beat! Whether you're here for skiing, snowmobiling, lake days, or relaxing nights, Lone Moose is an easy and inviting place to call home during your Rangeley getaway.

Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Main Floor Two Twins, Second Bedroom Main Floor Two Twins, Third Bedroom Upper Level Loft Queen

Location: Less than a mile to downtown Rangeley. 7.7 miles to downtown Oquossoc. 7 miles to Saddleback Mountain.

Snowmobile Access: Access to the ITS snowmobile trail from the cabin doorstep. No snowmobile trailer parking for more than three consecutive days in the association.

Pet Friendly: Pets are allowed but must be leashed outside at all times!

FAQs: Electric fireplace in basement living room. Washer/dryer available for guest use. Collection of books, movies, and games for your enjoyment. George Foreman grill, permanent charcoal grill, and portable fire pit available mid-May through mid-October. No smoking!

Lone Moose Cabin

This is a very nice cabin, well appointed and everything in working order. The location is very convenient to town and all things in the region, but it is not on the lake or in a great natural setting. I have nothing negative to say about the cabin, and the rental process was easy as pie. I would reccommend to anyone with the caveat that you are not renting a lake house but a town house. in saying that, it is a really peaceful and pleasant place to stay, and you can walk about 100 meters over to IGA to buy food, wine or beer.

Fantastic!

Upon entering, I was very pleasantly surprised. The unit was in excellent condition and contained everything I could ask for. Utensils (cooking and eating), pots & pans, dishes, spices and condiments, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, microwave and more were provided and all in working order. The cabin can easily sleep 6 and was tastefully decorated with everything "Moose". I spent a very enjoyable week in the Maine North Woods and this property was a welcomed relief after a fun filled day.

Great cabin overall. Great experience

Cabin was very clean and great location for snowmobiling and close to town. Morton and Furbish is great and they never point me in the wronge direction on where to stay.
