Location: 17 Russell Cove Cir, Rangeley ME. In City Cove on Rangeley Lake in downtown Rangeley. 0.6 miles to downtown Rangeley, 7.8 miles to downtown Oquossoc, 8.8 miles to Saddleback Mountain. 

Shared Access: This home has shared water access on Rangeley Lake with sandy beach and dock area, as well as a shared common area with a firepit, picnic tables, and more. Please note: Very shallow slip that would support a canoe not a motor boat!! 

Pet Friendly: This home will welcome pets to enjoy the property. Please make sure your pets are leashed at all times! 

FAQs: This property has ATV & Snowmobile Access. There is no oven but two induction cooktop with two burners & Cuisinart Air-Fryer / Toaster Oven. Grill available mid-May through mid-October. This property has 2 kayaks w/ paddles, 2 stand up paddle boards w/ paddles & 2 youth (up to 150lbs) sit-on-top kayaks w/ paddles.
