Newly renovated 4-story condo with great views of Rangeley Lake. Shared waterfront and beach! 2 kayaks provided for summer guests, and snowmobile friendly in the winter! NEW Spring 2025 - heat/cool pumps being installed - so all summer guests will have AC!

Snowmobile trail access (and trailer parking near dumpsters!) Snowmobile Access: Continue down Sunset Ln (not Marbles Way) to the parking lot by the Lakehouse Condos' dumpsters. That short path takes you right to the main trail. Please do not ride on the other lots in the neighborhood - you can ride on Marbles Way and Sunset to get on the trails.
