Winter 2026 Seasonal Rentals
Thank you for your interest in a winter seasonal rental for the 2026 season. All of our winter seasonal rentals are available for a three or four-month stay only. When you rent one of the seasonal properties the rental does include heat, utilities, and plowing. Guests are responsible for shoveling walkways and decks at the property during the winter months. When you book one of the winter seasonal properties, we do ask for the first month’s payment to make the reservation active and your balance for the remainder of your stay needs to be paid in full before your arrival date!

Here is the breakdown of taxes/fees for winter seasonals:
1st month – 9% sales tax and $49 insurance policy to cover accidental damage
2nd month – 9% sales tax and $49 insurance policy to cover accidental damage
3rd month – 9% sales tax, $49 insurance policy to cover accidental damage, $200 exit cleaning fee
If you would like housekeeping at any time during your stay – just email us – the fee is $45/hour – and housekeepers can clean mid-week.
