This is our second time renting this house for a week, and it is amazing! Everything about it! We booked for next year before we left!

We had a great stay! The house was walkable to town via the road and the frozen lake, and easy to get to Saddleback and the snowmobile trails. The rental company is super responsive. We asked for additional sanding on the steep driveway and they were there within 30 minutes.

What can't be said for Haley Pond house!! Beautiful location, remote, peaceful while being only a short distance from town. Great family retreat, Having a feeling of being home. Either waking up to coffee on the expansive deck, or finishing the day with a glass of wine with the sunsetting on the pond, this is a dream house. Well-appointed kitchen with screened in porch. Full walk out basement with entertainment area. Great space, great area, great house!!

Lovely property for our extended family. Clean, well stocked, and peaceful. Loved hearing and seeing all the loons, also had visits from deer and duck! Pond is perfect for kayaking. The deck is large and welcoming, you will definitely want to bring camp chairs for gathering there or around the fire pit. Restaurants, shops, and ice cream only a 5 minute walk to town. Property management was kind and responsive, would recommend!

What can we say about our stay, other than amazing! The house is perfect in every way. The back deck overlooking the Pond was the best start and close to every day. Very clean and all the basics are provided for you. Our family and our dogs are missing Haley Pond House already!

A group of friends and I have been doing an annual 3-day ski trip for the last 17 years. We have probably rented 10 different places in northern Vermont and Maine. The Haley Pond House was our favorite of them all. We all love to cook and the well-equipped kitchen exceeded our expectations. The open space between the kitchen and living room area were perfect for relaxing and catching up in front of the fire. The views of the pond were just spectacular. And the location made it easy to get to Saddleback (our new favorite mountain) and Sugarloaf. You can also walk into town for a great meal and a beer. Finally, thank you to Morton & Furbish, the local realtor and property manager, for making the whole check in and check out process seamless. We are already talking about returning next year!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the charming Haley Pond House in Rangeley, Maine, and I just had to share my wonderful experience. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the cabin was impeccable. Upon arrival, it was evident that great care had been taken to ensure every corner was spotless and inviting. This attention to detail made us feel right at home from the moment I stepped inside. The cabin was incredibly comfortable, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding. One of the highlights was the gas wood stove, which not only provided warmth but also added a touch of rustic charm to the space. It was the perfect spot to curl up and enjoy the serene surroundings. Location-wise, the cabin couldn't have been better situated. Nestled in the picturesque town of Rangeley, it offered easy access to a variety of outdoor activities and stunning natural scenery. Overall, our stay was nothing short of fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located retreat. We can't wait to return and create even more wonderful memories.

Great location! Beautiful views and private setting. The layout of the house was fantastic for our group. Close to town, Saddleback mountain, & many hiking trails. We would rent this property again!

The house was amazing! This was our first time renting but we have been coming to Rangeley for over 40 years! We have a cabin on Haley but it's not big enough for all of us. This was perfect. We will be back!

Had an amazing stay at the Haley Pond House! The house is beautiful and was nice and clean. The location was also perfect for us, walkable to town and you can snowmobile right from the driveway. The only thing to take into consideration for this house is that the driveway is steep so you need to have a vehicle that can get up and down the hill. For us this wasn't a big deal, as we parked our snowmobile trailer and truck at the end of the road (a VERY short distance from the house) in the public Rangeley lot and Morton and Furbish provided us with parking passes so we were able to leave it there for the week. It took a little more planning…parked the trailer in the lot and rode the snowmobiles to the house and just left them at the house for the week and rode them back to the trailer at the end of the week. For us the extra logistics were well worth the house and its wonderful location!! Also, Morton and Furbish are the BEST! They answer all of your questions and respond to any issues immediately! They came out and sanded the driveway for us upon request!

A beautiful home right on the pond. Views from almost every window. Loved both of the gas fireplaces which added a cozy vibe to our family's Thanksgiving in Rangeley. We could literally walk to town, even in the very cold weather of that week-end. The town rolled out its Christmas spirit with horse drawn carriage rides, door prizes, free cocoa.

Lovely quiet spot in the pond. Walking trails near by. Walking distance to town. Will definitely be back. Pond has some rocks so water shoes are a must to enjoy this fabulous pond full of nature.

We loved staying at the haley pond house. Theres a gorgeous view of the pond, kayaks, a fire pit, and a large deck to sit and enjoy the landscape. The inside of the house is spacious and has plenty of room to sleep 10. The team at Morton and Furbish is always friendly and responsive to requests. We came up to Rangeley for Memorial Day weekend and our group had 4 trucks and trailers with ATVs. Note the driveway can only fit 2 trucks but the park and ride is on the same road for additional parking. 10/10 would stay here again, the only thing that would make the property better would be a hot tub :)

We needed the driveway sanded and it was done within hours. There was also a concern with the dishwasher that was dealt with quickly. Probably the most well suppled kitchen of any house we have rented. Great location, we would love to come back!

I cannot say enough about how great this spot is! It has plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and is overall in a great location. The view of haley pond is great, and the fishing is really great as well (we caught a giant brook trout!) It was also really fun kayaking and the kids enjoyed it. However, they only provided one double kayak, while the other single kayaks were missing. But it wasn't really a big deal as there were rentals extremely close by. We were also able to bring our two dogs, and they had a blast wading in the pond, and one of them even caught a fish lol. Anyways, this is overall a very nice place for vacation, and we look forward to another visit!

Beautiful home! Plenty of space for our family. Quiet location. The frozen pond was perfect for our young children to ride their snowmobiles on. Easy snowmobile trail access. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible home with breathtaking views. There wasn't one thing we needed that wasn't provided. The house was immaculate and the decor was warm and welcoming. It was the perfect place to vacation and spend time with my adult children. Snowmobiling right to the house was awesome! Puzzles, ping- pong, board games and great conversation by the fire, made this vacation feel like a little piece of Heaven.

We are regular renters for over twenty years in the Rangeley area and have stayed in many beautiful homes. Morton and Furbish Rental agency go above and beyond to find you the perfect home to fit your needs! This was perfect for our girls' get-away with every accommodation met. The home is lovely with a great view, close to town, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen!

2 adults, 5 kids had plenty of room and plenty to do at this beautiful home. Haley Pond was perfect for kayaking (and kayaks, paddles, and life jackets were all available!). The location is excellent—it feels private, but not isolated; and we could walk or kayak to town for ice cream. One thing to note is that, while Haley Pond is wonderful for swimming (clean and cool, not cold), entering the water isn't so easy. The dock is in shallow water, so you can't jump in; and the bottom is covered with slippery, algae-covered rocks, so wading out to deeper water is difficult and not so pleasant. Best bet, we found, was to jump out of a kayak. For a rental, the Boucher house's kitchen is remarkably well equipped—mixing bowls, small appliances, many pots and pans (could use a second sheet pan), grill utensils, popcorn popper, decent knives, spices... For that matter, the whole house was well equipped: a selection of games and puzzles, electronics including Wii, horseshoes, fire pit, guide books and maps. We enjoyed our time at Boucher immensely, and I'd recommend the house without reservation. Furthermore, Morton & Furbish are a pleasure to deal with.

House was immaculate and extremely comfortable. Everything in the description of the house was truthful and accurate. The only negative is that the driveway is very steep and not accommodating for a trailer. However we were able to unload the trailer and park it a short distance down the road. Also the toiletries provided were tiny and I mean tiny bars of soap and no shampoo, certainly no big deal but just a heads up to future guests. The check in and communication with rental agent was fantastic. They were extremely accommodating and responded immediately to any questions

We stayed for a 3 day ski holiday at Saddleback and found this home to be clean, comfortable, spacious and in a good location. The view from the front of the house was a great way to begin the day; waterfront and mountains, what more can you ask for?

These pictures of this home does not do it justice. The place it beautiful. Haley pond is a nice and quiet pond. Fun to fish, kayak & swim. It was great to have rangeley lake just across the street from the end of our road. Atv trails are right behind the house and rentals are literally at the end of the road (less than 1/4 mile). The home is on a dirt road in a wooded area. Yet it is still so close to the grocery store, restaurants, gas station etc. During our stay we hung out by the lake, went to smalls falls (15 mins), rented a few boats at saddleback marina (15 mins - the owners were great!), rented four wheelers @ camp dowhatchawanna (1 min), went looking for moose on route 16, etc! Great location, beautiful home, highly reccomend and I would love to go back!

Perfect house, flawless in every way. they even built a snow tube run from the deck to the water...my girls wanted to do that more than ski Saddleback. We rent houses every year for summer and winter vacations. This one has been one of the best yet.
