Cozy chalet in the Rangeley Overlook with incredible views of Rangeley Lake! Shared water access, a quick drive from this location. 15 min drive to Saddleback Mountain and 5 min drive to the quaint town of Rangeley.

Attention Winter Renters - all guests are required to have 4WD/AWD and good snow tires
Snowmobile Access: Leave the driveway and go left. Continue straight to the end of Winston Road. Turn left onto Overlook Road and follow for 0.4 miles. Turn right onto The Loop Road. Stay straight on The Loop Road and you will come to the snowmobile trail.
NO LAKE IS EVER "SAFE"!
Please do not attempt to walk, ski or ride snowmobiles on the lakes unless you are absolutely sure that the ice conditions will support you and your equipment. Rangeley has plenty of trails on land for snowmobiling, skiing, snowshoeing and walking. If you must ride on the lakes, please use caution.
