LOCATION:
Enjoy 8 acres of private water frontage on Cupsuptic Lake (Cupsuptic connects to Mooselookmeguntic for ~ 17 miles of boating). When at Cold Brook Camp North you’ll feel like you are in your own national park but you are only ~ 5 minutes from Oquossoc and great local restaurants and amenities, ~15 minutes to Rangeley, ~30 minutes to Saddleback, 45 minutes to Sugarloaf, 1.25 hours to Sunday River, 3.75 hours to Quebec City, and only seconds to some of the most beautiful fishing, boating, snowmobiling and exploring you will find in Western Maine. We love Cold Brook Camp and so will you! To snowmobile from here: Go straight out across the lake to BMC. It's about a 5-10 minute ride to the trail head out in front of BMC.
COMING SUMMER OF 2025: - Custom Wood-Fired Sauna:
-5 person, Finnish style, insulated cedar sauna compete with changing room
-Set in the woods adjacent to the house with filtered views of Cupsuptic Lake.
-Ambient lighting and eucalyptus essential oil aroma therapy.
-Anticipated to be installed by June 2025, but sauna usage cannot be guaranteed for bookings made at this time.
-Sauna guidelines and guest expectations will be provided prior to arrival.

GET OUTDOORS
-Dock, accessed by your private trail system. Tie up your boat in the summer or lace up your skates in the winter right from the dock.
-Trail system with three walking loops complete with many boardwalks and bridges to explore.
-Waterfrontage on both Cupsuptic Lake and Cold Brook Stream
-State boat launch just 1/2 mile away.
-Two Old Town canoes, paddles and PDFs provided.
-Furnished screened porch and deck for your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
-Massive fire pit and lounge area near the water for outdoor cooking, bonfires and serious s'mores. (Bring your own wood if you live in state, buy bundles of wood here in town - or forage for fallen branches/limbs in the woods!)
-Amazing places and activates to explore in the area but no need to even leave the property because you have countless recreational actives right at your doorstep!
-In the winter enjoy snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating, cross-country skiing and fat tire biking right from your doorstep. NEW Hedgehog boot and glove dryer.
-In the summer enjoy motor boating, kayaking, canoeing (2 canoes provided), paddle boarding, swimming, fishing (famous spawning ground nearby), hiking, and mountain biking. Have a float plane, bring that too!
