Beach Front Retreat Description
- Fully applianced kitchen including dishwasher
- Regular coffee pot (does not require filters) and a Keurig brewer that takes the standard k-cups
- Telephone (Unlimited local and long distance)

- Dining room table seats 10 plus 3 bar stools at the kitchen island

- Kitchen Aid stand mixer and other small baking appliances
- Smart TV's for Streaming only

- High Efficiency Front loading Washer/dryer (HE detergent only please)
- Main House Bedroom 1 with a King bed(First floor)
- Main House Bedroom 2 with a King bed
- Main House Bedroom 3 with a King bed
- Main House Bedroom 4 with one twin bed
- Main House Bedroom 5 with three twin beds
- Baby gate
- Bathroom #1 - Main floor full bath off kitchen

- Guest Quarters - Bedroom 6/Large studio apartment on the second floor of a new garage addition....Including a full kitchen and bath! Space will have a Queen bed and a twin bunk set, living area including TV, WiFi, and brand new bathroom with shower. Additional deck with grill (summer only). This space can be accessed by an outside deck, the lower garage will be unaccessible to guests please.

Maximum Occupancy: 10 (please reach out if you are a return renter!)
All properties have a three night minimum stay requirement (Spring and Fall)
Summer vacation rentals are weekly only - Sunday to Sunday

Snowmobile Access: You can access the ITS from the preserve adjacent to our property. You head out of the driveway & at end of birches beach is a gate to the Stephen Phillips preserve, you are permitted to drive through the preserve (as a courtesy) and hook up with the snowmobile trial at the entrance to the preserve.
NO LAKE IS EVER "SAFE"!
Please do not attempt to walk, ski or ride snowmobiles on the lakes unless you are absolutely sure that the ice conditions will support you and your equipment. Rangeley has plenty of trails on land for snowmobiling, skiing, snowshoeing and walking. If you must ride on the lakes, please use caution.
