Great Retreat
The Tuckamore property was well appointed, comfortable and did not disappoint. Spending mornings sipping coffee on the Adirondack chairs on the dock was the best. We would rent this house again.

Morton & Furbish Vacation Rentals response: What a great spot to drink your morning coffee!! We would love to have you back in Rangeley soon :)

Tuckamore stay
Just wanted to send along a brief note regarding our stay at Tuckamore! A few weeks back my family and I stayed here for a fantastic visit. We arrived Wednesday and left on Saturday afternoon. The weather in Rangeley that week was fantastic. We covered a lot of ground, played golf, went to Smalls Falls for a cool dip, climbed Saddleback Mnt., and of course spent a fair amount of time in the shops and restaurants of downtown Rangeley. What an amazing time. The best part was feeling as if we had our own vacation home, all to ourselves. There was nothing better than coming back to Tuckamore, relaxing on the back porch, sitting at the end of the dock to watch the moon rise, swimming with the kids, and fishing.

The home itself is in impeccable shape, air conditioners, unbelievable woodwork and decor, and an amazing kitchen. Everything you could possibly want in a mountain home was there, giving it the ultimate cabin feeling (not fever). It was like a premier hotel but all to your own. Clean, very clean, and everything you needed at your fingertips. Literally, a loon whistle, a book on tying knots, or a book on identifying animal tracks. Everything you needed was well written out with multiple, easy to follow instructions (unlike other B&Bs we have been to in the past). The local IGA (grocery store) was a mile or so away and allowed us to get snacks for the boys, dinner one night in a spectacular kitchen with all the amenities needed. Hands down this is such an amazing getaway in the mountains, I would do this every summer (and winter to ski).

Morton & Furbish Rentals Response: Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful note! I’m so glad you and your family had such a fantastic stay at Tuckamore and were able to enjoy all that Rangeley has to offer! We’d love to welcome you back anytime - summer or winter!
