Beautiful views, clean and well stocked with everyday essentials for kitchen and bath. Shirt trip to the mountain so we had a wonderful day of skiing followed by sunset views and gas fireplace.

This was a perfect rental for 2 couples to stay and would be great for a family with kids, too. The home was clean, comfortable and as advertised. The owners had stocked it with everything you could need. The location was great, close to downtown for shopping and dining and close to Saddleback too. We went cross country skiing and snowshoeing, walked out on the lake and sometimes just relaxed by the fire. It was the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Beautiful home, extremely clean and tidy, with every amenity and need catered for. We are a family of four with two children 8 & 10, the loft sleep / play area was perfect and the provided toys and games kept them busy when not outside. Easy access to town and to Saddleback Mtn. Special mention to Morton and Furbish and the homeowner who were extremely flexible in adjusting our dates to accommodate some last minute changes. Overall, a wonderful home in a stunning location, would highly recommend.

Such a charming property! It is clear this is a loved home with so many sweet amenities, not to mention the amazing views. Perfect location, perfect everything and the management company was very on top of things. Rent this place, you won’t regret it!

We couldn't have loved this place more! So many lovely touches; the Christmas tree and decor, games & books. The home is perfect and clearly loved. We will be back for sure! P.S Management company is also doing an incredible job. Super attentive, responsive, and thoughtful!

Beautiful place with hardwood floors and knotty pine wall boards throughout. We loved the easy access to the place, the modern appliances, the stone countertops, views of Rangeley Lake, and the well-stocked kitchen. (So nice to have spices, sugar and all sorts of miscellaneous ingredients handy.) The price was right, too. Here's what I would add to make it 5 stars: a couple more degrees in the water to make it a really hot shower (although the people using the downstairs shower said that wasn't a problem), a bidet, a wooden coffee table where I could rest my coffee cup, a book of poetry on your bookshelf.

We enjoyed staying at the Terrace's Cabin. #7 very much. It was very comfortable with plenty of space, nice views of the lake, well decorated and had everything we needed. It exceeded our expectations and we'd love to stay there again. The cabin is much larger than it appears in the photos as it has 3 floors. In winter conditions, I'd recommend an all wheel drive vehicle in case of a snow storm and being able to navigate a moderately steep driveway. With the various porches, it looks like it would be lovely in summer and fall. We were very happy to have found this gem!

Stayed here after our rental was unavailable after the big freeze broke pipes in the house. Booked the unit in less than 24 hours. Great house and location. We only used one floor of three. Great house for couples or family. Lots of space. Looking forward to a return trip.

I would recommend this rental, great location close to skiing and downtown. Check in is easy and the house had a great view of lake. Although it was only 3 bedrooms there was plenty of room to spread out between the two floors.

This was exactly as described, and just the relaxing weekend we needed. Living area and bedrooms were great. When we had a WiFi issue it was resolved very quickly by the property manager. Piano was a fun bonus. Land from house to lake is very steep but they have done a good job of making it usable.

Brought family for a "Maine Escape" - we live in Central Maine. We loved skiing at newly re-opened Saddleback, went fat-tiring biking, and had a blast. This cabin was the perfect home base for all of these adventures. Meticulously maintained, clean, beautiful property. Awesome experience overall, can't miss property.

This house is new construction but has a the charm of an old cabin. Thoughtful amenities like full baths on two levels, a gas fireplace controlled by a thermostat, lights on motion detector in the front hall, satellite TV on two floors, are unobtrusive and merely there to make your stay more comfortable. The kitchen is state of the art and well-equipped. The lower floor can be a self-contained apartment, should you choose to use it that way, complete with huge screened porch, kitchenette, bath, and of all things a grand piano! The thing that makes this house unique if its verticality. Three very comfortable floors which take full advantage of its location on a steep bank of Greenvale Cove. You peer out through the trees looking over the lake and can marvel at the sunsets. One doesn't have a full view down the length of the lake, but Greenvale Cove is wide enough that you know you're on a large body of water, and the houses across the way are few and distant. Just a twinkle or two at night-time. It is a less than five minute drive to the IGA (very convenient) and just slightly more to the center of town.

This place was an amazing stay for our anniversary. It was not only a beautiful home but clean and comfortable as well. There was so much do everyday. We hiked, kayaked, relaxed on the dock and on both porches. The town was quaint, cute and the people were very friendly. We will definitely be going back!

We rented the house for the Rangeley 50k xc ski race. It served our needs quite well. The house was impeccably clean, well appointed, and the location was perfect. Moreover, the rental agency accommodate the change in race day (due to extreme cold) by allowing us a late check out.

This is the third year in a row we have rented 11 Terraces Way in February and just love it. It's a wonderfully built, solid custom home right on the lake with beautiful views. And, it's quiet - as in peaceful. It's also much bigger inside than one would think by looking at the exterior pictures of the house on the website. I would highly recommend this property.

This our 4th stay and we love this home and the Rangeley area. This home is very well equipped and maintained. This is a really outstanding property. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the home wasn't cleaned as well as it usually was during our most recent visit which was a little disappointing. Overall I'd highly recommend staying here.

11 Terraces Way was the perfect place for our "mini" honeymoon. My husband and I only had a few days after our wedding before we were both back to school. 11 Terraces Way was extremely clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It's quiet, cozy and pretty private despite being close to the other terraces cabins. Thank you for an amazing start to our lives together!!!

We stayed at this property w good friendsfor a 3 night stay! It was absolutely wonderful! Can't think of anything we would change because everything was perfect! The decks were very enjoyable and the view stunning! Were very surprised once we actually got down to the dock area as it is hard to see from the home! Fantastic! Up watching the sun rise each morning! Stunning! The beds were a dream! Slept like angels which isn't usually the case when we go away!!! We have stayed in many beautiful cabins up north and this house by far was our favorite! Highly recommend a stay here! We will definitely be coming back!!!

We spent Columbus Day weekend at 11 Terraces Way. The house was fabulous! It had every modern ammenity , yet retained the Rangeley rustic charm. We would definitely stay there again., hopefully it will be available for a week next Aug.
