Terraces on Rangeley Lake - Cabin #1

The cabin was excellent for our stay in Rangeley! The location was perfect with beautiful views of the lake, private, and very friendly neighbors in the other cabins. The cabin had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy our time on the lake. The board games were fun to play and a nice touch. Highly recommend to cook dinner and venture down to the dock for an amazing sunset.

I love staying at the terraces with my family in Rangeley. There's so much to do: shops, restaurants, sight seeing, fishing and just hanging out at the docks and swimming and running all day. The cabin is immaculate. For whatever reason, this holiday was the fastest ever. Blinked and it was Friday morning the day before check out. Went by so fast I didn't even notice. Now the wait until next year begins.

This camp was wonderful. The view from the camp and docks was amazing. We loved the complimentary boats and shared spaces. The owners of the other cabins were so welcoming and made us feel at home.

Had no idea how beautiful Maine was 350 miles and 10 hrs later I was blown away on how nice this place was kept and the view of the lake was breath taking. Cannot wait to come back!

Where do I begin about this cute little town named Rangeley. The lake for starters is out of this world. We explored so much of this little town. From the shops to the people we couldn't have found a more beautiful place to be. We got fresh fish out of the box truck in town, spent the night looking up at the stars, heard a LOON, got icecream, rented a jet ski, and saw a 70 year old couple climbing 800ft to a fire tower!

We loved our stay! We Loved the decor, perfect for a stay at Rangeley lake. The cabin had everything we needed, grill and all appliances. It was VERY clean and bright. The beds were super comfortable. We liked the simple white linens. The property was beautiful. The dock area was really nice, with comfortable lounge chairs. The sporting equipment was in great condition. The lake was quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay there again.

The views of the lake were amazing. Loved sitting on the waterfront docks for sunsets. While not an issue for us, there are several sets of stairs to the waterfront area. We look forward to coming back to the Rangeley area and will look to stay here again!

This is a great place for a gateway. Super cute Pinterest worthy cabin. Great location, love all the amenities. Their guide is so detailed and a great help finding things to do, places to eat, and great hiking & scenic drive spots. You can't go wrong staying here. I highly recommend!

This is a lovely comfortable cabin right on the cove. We could hear the loons at night. Nice shared lawn area, fire pit and gorgeous dock seating. Very comfortable beds and furniture. I think it would be small for 4 adults but for 2 adults alone or with kids it would be perfect. The bathroom is in excellent updated shape but tiny. It is close to the road but I didn't find the traffic noise troubling. Had all the kitchen basics available. Very nice stay.

The place was cute, well equipped, and very clean. I especially loved the water area for swimming because it dropped off quickly so it became about ten feet deep by the end of the dock. The bottom of the lake near the shore was not mucky and although there were rocks, they were smooth so they did not hurt bare feet. The lake was a lovely temperature and the water was very clear. It was a great stay and I would return. :)

Cabin 1 was delightful. Comfortable, cozy and the kitchen was well appointed. When we needed anything, the management team responded quickly. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming , boating and beautiful sunset from the dock. Also enjoyed hikes in the area. Loved Rangeley!

This lake cabin has been meticulously decorated and furnished. It was perfect for my wife and I. The setting is beautiful with great views overlooking the lake set among huge trees. The deck has comfortable chairs to enjoy the sun and lake view. The beds are comfortable and have a nice quality bedding. We recommend this cabin 100%.

Terraces Cabin 1 - Quiet and Serene Cottage Community on Rangeley Lake Reservation ID #82534 Star Star Star Star Star We rented this quaint cabin for our annual family 4th of July getaway. The cabin is one of six in a group association. They have so many amenities available. There were several docks, 2 fire pits, lots of lounge chairs, umbrellas, as well as kayaks, a canoe and a SUP. There is a also a spot to moor your own boat if you bring it along, and a free public launch is just 10 minutes away. All of the other cabin owners or renters we met were friendly and it was a very nice community. Cabin one may be small, but everything we needed was there and it was cozy. Our family of 4 (children are 11 and 13) for perfectly in the cabin, even with several rainy days inside. There is WiFi, but no television (which we loved). The kitchen is FULLY stocked with anything you could need. There is a stove/oven and a grill, a toaster, microwave, a lobster pot, and anything a coffee lover may need. The bedrooms were comfy and lots of windows and fans to keep comfortable. The bathroom had lots of shelf and hanging space. There were even binoculars, board games and puzzles accessible. There is a private deck off the cabin with Adirondack chairs, the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Rangeley Lake has amazing mountain views and the most beautiful sunsets! We saw many ducks and bald eagles. We also caught a few salmon! And there is nothing quite like sitting by the fire and listening to the loons call. If you want to adventure away from the relaxation and serenity of the cabin, there is a lot to do! We enjoyed a hike at Angel Falls, drove the scenic bypass, stopped at the Outdoor Heritage Museum, bowled a few games at Moose Alley, shopped around Rangeley center and enjoyed eating at several restaurants. We also drove out to see some moose and caught a glimpse of a beautiful one crossing in front of us. I would highly recommend Terraces Cabin 1 for your family’s next getaway.

I enjoyed a wonderful week in cabin #1 at The Terraces. The property and experience was fabulous. The process of booking was easy and I found the rental staff helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. All questions were answered quickly..! The cabin offers a wraparound porch with beautiful views of the lake. There is a grill and a picnic table for dining outdoors. The cabin is cozy, perfect for two. We found all dinnerware and appliances that we needed in the kitchen. The cabin really is... adorable. Conveniently located just ten minutes from a grocery store, downtown — featuring restaurants, shops and galleries. We kayaked, hiked trails and ...relaxed. The sound of the Loons calling in the evening was spectacular. This sweet cabin is a perfect retreat for a quiet week in the woods...

This was a great hideaway from normal life. This cabin was equipped with with everything you need. From a fully stocked kitchen, books, games and several pairs of binoculars to help see out across the water. Even two kayaks to get you out onto the water.We had so much fun exploring Smalls Falls, Cascade Falls,the great Outdoor Heritage Museum and the logging museum. Just a couple minutes and you are at the center of Rangley and the IGA. The only downside was how close the 6 cabins are but it's also a great way to meet new people. Please be aware that parking is not next to your cabin. There is a parking area for guest and then you have to walk down to your cabin. We loved staying and can't wait until we can return.

Cabin #1 is great! It was perfect for our family - two adults and two kids under 12. It is a little smaller cabin and everything was clean and very well-appointed! The views of the lake from both within the cabin and from the deck are lovely. A heavenly gem!!

What a wonderful stay at Rangeley Lake. The views from the cabin are spectacular. Very peaceful and relaxing. Our cabin was so cute, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Being on the lake was so much fun. It was great being able to go swimming anytime you want. Also went kayaking in the two kayaks, that are available with the cabin, every day. As if that was not enough, there is a great fire pit area we used at night to have a fire and roast marshmallows. Another great plus is you are just a short couple minutes drive to the IGA and down town. Can't wait to come again!!

We stayed in the cabin for 4 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Cabin has a lake access with free to use kayaks. This made all the difference to us as we spent all of our time either by the lake or in the lake. We had so much fun! The cabin was so cute, it is small but it had everything we needed. The only issue for us was that we thought the other cabins are very close to each other (closer than we expected), and there is not much privacy outside of the home. Most of the area incl. the fire pit was a shared space. The communication was easy too, so we really appreciated it.
