South Branch Condo 13-1 is a newer, cute, and cozy ski-in, ski-out retreat at Saddleback Mountain, perfect for enjoying all that the mountain has to offer. With direct slope access, you can easily head out for a full day of skiing and return home to relax without ever needing to leave the mountain. The condo is located just a short distance from the main lodge, where you’ll find a welcoming pub-style restaurant, a gift shop, and other convenient amenities.
Inside, the condo is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a cozy living area with a propane fireplace, Smart TV, and WiFi, plus a washer and dryer for added convenience. The unit is also pet friendly (dogs under 30lbs), and includes a ski locker for easy gear storage. In warmer months, enjoy the grill (available mid-May through mid-October).
When you’re ready to explore beyond the mountain, downtown Rangeley is just a short drive away, offering a local gym, great restaurants, and charming gift shops.
