South Branch Condo 11-1 is a cute and cozy ski-in/ski-out retreat right on Saddleback Mountain—perfect for a relaxing mountain getaway. With direct access to the slopes, you’ll be able to ski right from the building and fully enjoy everything the mountain has to offer without the hassle of driving or parking.

The condo is conveniently located near the main lodge, where you’ll find a welcoming pub-style restaurant, gift shop, and other amenities. When you’re ready to explore beyond the mountain, downtown Rangeley is just a short drive away and offers a great local gym, plenty of restaurants, and charming shops to browse.

Inside, this one-bedroom condo is ideal for a couple. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a cozy fireplace, and a private deck to enjoy fresh mountain air. Guests also have access to a ski locker located in the basement of the building (under Building 9), making it easy to store gear after a day on the slopes. Cozy, convenient, and full of charm—South Branch Condo 11-1 is a wonderful home base for your Saddleback adventure.

Location: South Branch Way branches off from the access road just before reaching the Saddleback Base Lodge. 7.7 miles to downtown Rangeley, 14.7 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 0.4 miles to Saddleback Base Lodge.

FAQs: Two vehicles only- park in front of the condo unit! Additional vehicles can park at one of the public lots near the Base Lodge. Ski locker available for guest use - located in the basement of building 9.

Ski trip
This lovely gem was immaculate and updated. We loved walking right out onto the slopes and enjoyed this cozy spot with great views and a nice deck to boot! Definitely jotted this location down for another trip.

Ski trip
The place was great. It was clean, modern, and had very easy access to the slopes. Like most ski condo buildings, it was a bit noisy in the morning as neighbors starting moving around and heading out. Other than that, it was perfect!

I was in the area working. Condo was close to jobsite. Unit was on the ground level, easy to access with my belongings. Once inside, it had everything I needed while staying in the area. Full kitchen, nice living room area and bathroom and bedroom were great as well. Also, nice views looking out over the deck.

Perfect as always!
We are season passholders at Saddleback that usually day trip from the Portland area, so anytime we have an opportunity to ski more than one day we look to grab a condo if possible. We stayed at South Branch last year, so we knew it had everything we needed. It was just perfect for two people, and everything was exactly as advertised. We even had a great sunset view from the balcony one night (the one time it wasn't snowing during our stay! No complaints there!). We'll be back for sure.

We were fortunate enough to stay there the weekend it was -26° (-50 something with wind chill) so mountain ops & property management were definitely stress tested. They did a great job communicating plans in advance, providing alternative lodging options if we wanted it, and being very accommodating to extenuating circumstances. The unit was great, the property management team was fantastic.

Absolutely Wonderful
Our stay at unit 11-1 was perfect and hope to return again some day. Everything was clean, spotless and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable after a long day of skiing! Thanks for everything!

Great Skiing Getaway
My son and I got away for skiing at Saddleback and this condo was just what we needed to enjoy it. It truly is ski in/ski out. We appreciated that it was 1st floor level because it was still elevated on the slope side, so less stairs to go skiing. They have lockers for equipment but you need to provide your own lock. The condo was small, perfect for 2 but could handle 4 if everyone gets along... Other than the satellite TV not working, it had everything we needed.

Fab view, cozy, clean and easy ski-in and out!
Great spot! Stayed here with our family and enjoyed every minute. Kiddo slept in the pull-out, which was pretty comfy. Loved seeing the birds on the feeders on the deck - would be beautiful for summer and fall too! Super clean, cozy and easy for skiing with lockers and access right of the trail. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful spot with skiing out the back door. We enjoyed cross country and downhill. Staff were friendly and responsive to every need. During the pandemic we were able to have a special visitor— a woodpecker eating suet on the porch!
