The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy vacation meals, including a dishwasher and plenty of cookware. Enjoy dinner together at the dining table for six, or grab a quick breakfast at the kitchen counter with seating for four before heading out for a day on the mountain. After skiing, unwind in the cozy living area and enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the TV, or settle in by the wood-burning fireplace—firewood is provided for your convenience.

Rock Pond Condo 79 also includes a washer and dryer, making longer stays stress-free, along with a hair dryer and iron/ironing board for added comfort. Step out onto the deck to enjoy crisp mountain air, beautiful views, and an ideal spot for morning coffee or après-ski relaxation. Location: Just above the Saddleback area base lodge with trail access. 8.0 miles to downtown Rangeley, 15.0 miles to downtown Oquossoc.

FAQs: Two vehicles only- park in front of the condo unit! Additional vehicles can park at one of the public lots near the Base Lodge. TV is streaming only, Youtube TV is provided. Grill is not available for guest use. Wood is provided for the fireplace. This property has an outdoor Ring camera. 

Ski-In/Ski-Out: Early ski season at Saddleback can offer incredible ski-in/ski-out convenience, but trail access does depend on natural snow coverage and current mountain conditions. Some condos may have true slopeside access right from opening day, while others become ski-in/ski-out as the snowpack builds.
