This beautifully designed bunkhouse is the perfect addition to the Potter property—ideal for extended families, group getaways, or event overflow space.

Winter Rentals: Available for weekly stays. Maximum of 6 guests
Summer Rentals: In combination with the Potter Main House

Main Floor:

• Bedroom 1: Flexible sleeping with a Queen Murphy bed. Couch can be converted into two Twins or one King
• Full bathroom
• Entire main level is handicap accessible

Upper Level:
Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed + 2 twin beds
Bedroom 3 (Master): King bed, twin bunk, and office space
Private access to a small outdoor deck
Bedroom 4: 3 bunk beds
Additional Sleeping Areas:
Hallway space with 1 bunk bed + 2 twin beds (must walk through this space to get to other upper level bedrooms)
Loft (off master bedroom) with 4 twin beds

Bathrooms:
3 full bathrooms
2 half bathroom
Winter: 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom only. Barn 1.5 bathrooms are not accessible in the winter

Barn Access:
Summer includes full use of the barn, featuring:

• Games and recreation space
• Bikes available for guest use
• Additional 1.5 bathrooms (upper and lower levels)
