Location: Mountain Brook Condos are located just minutes from the Base Lodge on Cahill Lane, nearby the Morning Glory Trail. 7.8 miles to downtown Rangeley, 14.8 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 1.7 miles to Saddleback Base Lodge.

Mountain View Condo
We absolutely loved our stay there and to be able to ski to the lift was amazing! The inside the condo was so clean!! The view from the kitchen window was amazing!! Thank you for everything! 5 stars in our eyes!!

Great stay at Mountain Brook
Great condominium. We stayed for 3 nights and had everything we needed. There were plenty of trails right outside the condo for hikes with beautiful views. It was only a few miles from the wonderful downtown area of Rangeley. Highly recommend this condo.

My wife, brother, his wife and I have just returned from our day-and-a-half up at Saddleback. We stayed at Condo#150 Mountain Brook. My wife and I have stayed at numerous rentals over the years so we feel we have a decent perspective of what to expect when renting etc. I'll try to provide as accurate a portrayal of our experience as possible, as it may help others in setting-up plans for the future. First of all, all contacts with 'management' have been outstanding. These folks are accessible and respond in a very timely manner. For example, we were only able to leave, thus rent, on Tuesday, even though the condo was available on Monday. But, we were able to leave early enough Tuesday to arrive at Saddleback around noonish. This would allow me and my brother to ski while his wife needed to work remotely. This would require an early entry into the condo..typically only at 4:00, now we're requesting noonish, and they were good enough to accommodate us. We were thrilled! The unit itself was clean and accommodated our two couples fine. It's a dated unit...needs some upgrading. Glassware was a bit paltry, for instance only two wine glasses and little other variety of glasses for coctails...that sort of thing. More than enough towels etc. My wife and I were in the bedroom towards the back of the condo and we noticed it was quite chilly. The upstairs thermostat seemed to be functioning, but for some reason that room was like a meat locker that night...I was cold even w/an additional blanket that night. The next night my bro and his wife provided one of their blankets...I was fine. Overall, we loved our experience. As stated, we travel enough to realize things won't be perfect, and we'd actually return to this unit if we were to come again. The skiing was awesome...love this mountain. People were great...management as stated, lift personnel, pub wait staff, etc. In Rangely last night for dinner...went to Furbish Brew...great place. Had been last year and weren't disappointed this year either.

Will definitely be back!
The condo was very spacious and well appointed. Very cozy and comfortable. And of course you can't beat jumping on the ski trail right outside of your room. Skiing was amazing and downtown Rangeley is always a pleasure. We can't wait to plan our trip for next year!

Convenient Ski In/Out Condo
This was a comfortable and very convenient ski in/out condo, mostly had everything we needed. A few minor things we forgot weren't there (corkscrew, salt/pepper), but comfy beds and great mountain access were a win for a relaxing weekend stay. Morton and Furbish very responsive, and will definitely return.
