Inside, the condo spans three levels plus a finished basement, making it an ideal retreat for larger groups and families. The main level features an open-concept layout where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together—perfect for gathering and making memories. A cozy wood-burning fireplace anchors the living space, while a smaller lounge area with a Smart TV offers an additional place to unwind. 

The finished basement adds even more space to relax and have fun, complete with a Smart TV, a bar area with a small drink fridge, and a selection of books and games for easy nights in. Outside, guests can enjoy a Blackstone grill, outdoor dining area with table and chairs, and a portable firepit perfect for evenings under the stars. FAQs: Blackstone grill available mid-May through mid-October. Guests must purchase their own firewood for the firepit and woodstove. There are two blue kayaks on rack by water (labeled 3B) - paddles are in coat closet on main floor near half bath. NO smoking. NO pets.

Parking: Parking for two vehicles only, please park parallel to the condo - any other vehicles must be parked in overflow parking a short distance away

Shared Access: Shared waterfront on Rangeley Lake with beach and shared dock (within walking distance of the condo), down a grassy marked path.
