We have been coming to Rangeley for years and we absolutely love it! There is something for everyone in this beautiful area! Some of our highlights from this week include taking the kids tubing, fishing, and enjoying downtown! A special thank you to Morton and Furbish for always going above and beyond! They truly helped make this vacation even better!

Despite the rainy, cloudy week we had , we made the best of the week. Beautiful scenery, big open windows on the house made the views incredible, great big yard and great location. Perfect location for in town things to do and eatery. We also liked the wrap around deck that was convenient to have our dogs enjoy the outside. Big convenient dock we used to rent a pontoon during our stay. House was big enough to accommodate our family too. We enjoyed our stay considering the weather that was uncontrollable.

We loved everything about this vacation. House was perfect! We were able to do a beautiful hike to start off the week over in Carrabassett Valley. We were able to see some Moose on our ATV tour through the mountains. Our time on the lake and at the lake house was fabulous. The boat rental company and Jet Ski rental were reasonable. Ending every single day with a fire on the lake was just what I needed!!

This spacious waterfront property is conveniently located on Rangeley Lake around halfway between Rangeley and Oquossoc villages. It has a nice large dock for mooring boats and swimming. There is also a small pebble beach that affords walk-in swimming access. The kitchen is well equipped; there is a bathroom on both floors. Nice accommodations for a family.

The house was pristine and was exactly as pictured. We found the house well stocked with everyday items in the kitchen and bathrooms, including towels. We appreciated having the bed linens supplied. Furnishings were plentiful and comfortable for our multigenerational family. The employees at Morton and Furbish were incredibly kind and helpful. They provided lots of hints and local information for our use. We would all love to come back for another visit!

Plenty of room for a large family. The living room is spacious with a great view of the lake. The outside deck is large as well. The small pebble beach is helpful to access the water for swimming. The dock is large and can accommodate a couple boats. This place is located between Rangeley Village and Oquossoc, convenient to both places.

A beautiful house aside the lake in a beautiful location. Missed the 5th star due to a plumbing issue, but this was quickly remedied by the wonderful property management staff who were extremely attentive and quick to respond to the issue. I recommend this property to anyone planning a getaway vacation for some peace and quiet.

Our vacation at The Chartier home was great, the layout was perfect as you always have a spectacular view of the lake at all times. We had a relaxing week and look forward to renting in the Rangeley area next year.

The dining/living room is fantastic. Large windows offering spectacular views of the lake. Love the 2 bedrooms on the lake side with entryways to the backyard/lake and the garage area in the back was perfect for storing tables/chairs etc. Love the swing in the backyard too.

Chartier property was perfect! Magnificent views from all over the house inside and out. Very clean and comfortable. Lake was so beautiful and clean. Nightly campfires were the makings of great memories.We highly recommend this property for families of all ages. Wonderful experience!

The house is great overall. We had a wonderful time. The house doesn't have much personality, but it's but it's large with multiple bedrooms and plenty of space. The dock is awesome. We spent essentially the entire week on it! However, the bottom is not sandy, as indicated in the house summary. It's actually a little difficult to get into the water if you chose to walk in vs use the ladder on the dock - the slope of the land heading in to the water is rocky (large loose pebbles/rocks) and steep right before entering the water which resulted in the rocks slipping out from under our feet. Would recommend water shoes. Bring trash bags, extra toilet paper, paper towels/napkins, lobster pot, lobster crackers, dish soap/sponge etc. as the cupboards are bare/minimal.That being said, it's a great place and I'd highly recommend it for a family.

This property was perfect for our extended family. We had plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out in the spacious kitchen and living area. The view from every window was exceptional, being so close to the water and not having to walk down a path was super convenient. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be close to the water with lots of living space.

We enjoyed the home very much..our only criticism would be the kitchen could be better equipped with cooking utensils.ie mixing bowls there wasn't a potato masher and we all don't like to eat on melamine. We did love the open living area. The view was amazing. All and all very very nice. Morton and Furbish is the best realtor to deal with. Handled issues promptly and professionally.

Our stay at the Chartier rental was fantastic! The home was clean, spacious and perfect for an extended family packed vacation. Some real highlights are the large dock with the comfy couch, and the large row of windows overlooking the lake. No matter which chair you settled into, you had a great view of the lake. All members of the family loved the camp, and everyone would definitely recommend it, and they want to return!

This is a great waterfront home for our group of 9. Your response to our lack of Wi Fi was great and the Tech did everything possible to make sure we had it. The house was supplied with just about everything you would need. My only negative comment would be that the single twin in the "hall" is actually more of a utility room with the washer/dryer and exposed water pipes that made a lot of noise anytime someone would run water. Not really a place one oculd sleep. It would be better if they just took the bed out. Also the larger downstairs bedroom would benefit from a larger bed. The house was very clean we checked in and appreciated that. Alicia Snow

Beautiful home with plenty of space for 9 people indoors and outdoors. Perfect spot right on the water with gorgeous views. Located in a neighborhood yet felt very private and quiet. Spacious dock. LOVED our stay here in this home.
