This house was great, well stocked with plates, utensils, Lights were labeled. Plenty of towels and great bedrooms with a/c if needed. The deck and grill were great. Very close to the IGA and downtown. The basement gave 2 more beds and the washer dryer was appreciated. Big open beautiful house with comfortable couch chairs and big table as well as an island for eating. The dock at town & lake was great.

A large enough parking lot for 2 4 place trailers and direct access. Overall, the house was very clean and roomy.

The Butler house was perfect for two families. The house is well maintained and very cozy! Plenty of space, with a bonus room in the basement for the kids to play. The gas fireplace gave beautiful ambiance with the bear decor. The views of the lake and easy access to Saddleback made the stay even better! Morton and Furbish were top notch and on top of everything. Will definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay here for the 2024 solar eclipse. The cabin was well furnished and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend! Would recommend this stay to anyone looking to explore what Rangeley has to offer.

House was immaculate upon arrival, heat was on and we were able to move right in. Great location. Easy access to snowmobile trails and great walks with the dogs and kids. Close to town makes for an easy trip to IGA or in town for food. Wifi worked well so I could get some work done while there. House has games and puzzles that made for some great family time. Beds were comfortable and our family of 6 felt like we had plenty of space. Texting M&F worked out great as we arrived late and left early it made it easy to communicate with them our needs. We will definitely be back again.

This is our second year at the Butler House. It is close to attractions, as well as to town. The house is great for a group with multiple sleeping spaces and areas to hangout. The main floor is open so those cooking can socialize with everyone else. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, plates/silverware and appliances. We can't wait to come back next year.

We had a great stay at the Butler house. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Only 15 minutes from door to Saddleback parking lot. Plenty of room for myself, my brother & sister-in-law, our 3 young adult children and our pup. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here with another family of four (so 8 of us in total) and had so much space for each of us. The house is exactly as pictured and was very clean and comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. The drive to the mountain was under 15 minutes. Will absolutely be looking to rent again next time we are up in Rangeley.

Thank you all! We had a fantastic weekend and the house was everything you promised it would be. We have absolutely no complaints. A couple of "suggestions" just so you can continue to be amazing: Let folks know that they need to bag and seal the linens (we had to go buy trash bags so we could accommodate that request) and have the lawn folks come either before or after your guests. They actually came during the day on Saturday while some of us were trying to enjoy the weather outside. Again - no complaints, just suggestions to help improve - we had a great weekend! I have already recommended this place as well as your company to others:)

Our snowmobiling group, plans at least one big trip a year. This is our first time to the Rangeley area. Everyone enjoyed the house, its comfortable with plenty of room to gather in the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed with cooking utensils, so we never needed anything. We loved having the garage, keeping the sleds out of the weather and ice melted out of the skids, that was awesome. Everyone agreed Maine is our new favorite place, even with the limited snow the riding was great. We will be back for sure.

This was our second year renting through Morton and Furbish and our stay was again excellent. They make everything so easy and always accommodate our needs. This house was different than last years but again was perfect for our group. The only problem we had was the propane for the gas stove in the living room ran out and the basement was extremely cold and had no source of heat.  We had four guest sleeping in the basement so the lack of heat was unfortunate. Other than that, our stay was great and we would definitely rent through this company again!

4 brothers were in town for a weekend of fly fishing. The Gerald was a perfect home for our trip. Clean, comfortable, spacious and appropriately priced. The Morton & Furbish Agency was extremely pleasant and helpful from the initial contact through to check-out.

This house had plenty of room for our family of 6, the grounds were cut and the house was nice and clean. Very close to Rangeley center which made it ideal for sight seeing. I would suggest to anyone staying you will not be disappointed.

The home was exactly what we were looking for. It had more than enough space for our group of 11 and was close to town as well as almost direct access to the snowmobile trails. WiFi would have made it perfect. We had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home.

I can't say enough GREAT things to say. Right from the minute we pulled into the Gerald property. It was more than we could ask right from the minute we placed the key into the lock. The view was spectacular and the hospitality we received was amazing. I would return to the area in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything.

This is our second time renting this property. We have our own camp on Salmon Ledge and need extra bedrooms when the whole family is in town. It is convenient to our camp, very clean and well appointed with lots of dishes and kitchen equipment. The large deck and beautiful view of the lake is great for family dinners. The wild blueberries that cover the property were a surprise bonus!
