Perfect Vacation Home
This was our second year at 4 Raymond Road. Our grandchildren felt right at home and loved the freedom of the huge front yard. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied with cookware and utensils. The adults LOVE the porch! Eating meals at the picnic table was our 4 year old's choice most days. We spent hours each day in the lake!

Tranquility at 4 Raymond Road, Rangeley, Maine
This lovely home was spacious, comfortably designed and situated with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains beyond. Though there were several camps within our viewing it felt like the lake was our private spot. The spacious lawn was well kept and provided hours of outdoor play space for our grandchildren. Access to the water was a bit tricky for the 3 year old but once he figured out the right rocks to step on he went in and out pretty much on his own. The 7 year old used the sturdy dock. The property is very close to Route 4 and very fast moving traffic. However, the berm behind the house obscured most of the sound on the first floor. The road noise was tolerable with the fans on high for the second floor sleeping. The roofed porch was an outstanding feature. A picnic table made outdoor dining easy. We had a lovely week at this home.
