Under the deck is a rock feature. The ground floor boasts a stone patio with chaise and Adirondack seating for five. A nook for storing firewood is conveniently located next to the fireplace to keep the wood dry for optimum use in colder months. To one side of the fireplace are two more living areas that make use of the natural light streaming in from the large windows. Sit and in comfortable leather chairs and watch a movie or show on the flat-screen TV or read a book from the bookshelf. The remaining area features a comfortable chair and large couch surrounding an area rug and overlooking the deck, which is accessed by a door near the couch.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances including wall oven and separate electric cooktop. The natural wood cabinets offer plenty of storage for everything you need, and a corner single-sink means every inch of the counter is used for meal prep and service.
