The race will include a 3.5-mile bike ride before starting a 1.5-mile kayak route followed by a 3.5-mile run to finish things off in athletic style. Prizes are awarded to all of the top finishers in the male, female, and team categories alike. Participants can register for $50 as individuals by May 26th or as a team for $75. Those registering as individual participants after May 26th can do so for $75 while teams can enter for $100. Day of registration can be done directly at the Chamber. This event is sponsored by the Rangeley Lakes Chamber of Commerce and is a fan-favorite annual experience in the area. Kayak rentals are available prior to the race but do note that participants must bring their own bikes to enter this competition.

Alongside carolers the pageant moves through the streets, making its way towards the church. Upon arrival, the evening’s program begins and includes dance, music, and drama.
