Lakehouse Condo 3B Description
Welcome to the Rangeley Lake Condos; a beautiful way to experience all four seasons in Rangeley, Maine. Snowmobile and ATV from the door, take a quick drive to Saddleback Mountain Ski Resort, and enjoy a shared 200 feet of beach on Rangeley Lake. This unit has two kayaks available for guests to use and is a short walk to Main Street Rangeley with shops and restaurants. It also has Wi-Fi and new furniture and mattresses, so you feel well rested and comfortable on your vacation.
The unit is 3 levels plus a finished basement, so it works well for a large group. There are four bedrooms and 2.5 baths as well as a futon in the basement for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, blender, crockpot, Keurig and coffee maker. The island in the kitchen has seating for four. There is a Blackstone grill (Available mid-May through mid-October) for outdoor cooking, a deck and outdoor table and chairs. This unit also has a portable firepit for renters use. Renters must provide their own wood. There is parking for 2 vehicles in front of unit, and additional parking including trailer parking is a short distance away (within sight of condo).
The first floor is open concept with the living room, kitchen and dining open to each other for socializing. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living area. The first floor also has a half bath, coat closet, ski racks, and a smaller living area with smart TV.
The second floor has two bedrooms (2 twins, king), full bathroom that was remodeled in 2021, and washer and dryer. The bedroom with the king bed has a smart TV in room.
The third floor has two more bedrooms (queen, king) and another full bathroom. The bedroom with the king bed has a desk and office chair perfect for remote working, as well as a smart TV.
In the finished basement you will find a fold down futon for more sleeping space and couch around a 55’’ smart TV. There is a large bar and small drink fridge as well. Books and games are also available here.
