2 Bedroom cottage in Rangeley Manor, with great 3 season porch, large private yard, access to private beach area and private marina area for boats, canoes, and kayaks. Close to Saddleback Ski Resort and walking distance to downtown Rangeley. Hiking, ATV, and snowmobile trails right from your front door! **All Manor Cabins listed with Morton & Furbish are a short walk to the water - but none sit directly on the water!**

- Exterior security cameras at the property
- This home does have ATV trail access. If when renting at one of our homes with trail access, please ride to and from the trail access only. Do not ride around the property or up and down roads. We want our guests to be good neighbors and enjoy the area without disrupting others, so please help with this so everyone can enjoy their time here in Rangeley

Winter weekly stays must be Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday
