Rangeley is the place to be this winter, and the town’s annual Snodeo Weekend has everything you need for an awesome weekend! Hosted by the Rangeley Lakes Snowmobile Club, Snodeo runs from Thursday, January 30th to Saturday, February 1st and promises exciting events and opportunities to support our local snowmobile trail system.
If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, this is the perfect time to experience Rangeley’s outdoor winter wonderland. Plus, all the events benefit the community—so you can enjoy the festivities while supporting the RLSC and local trail system!
Snodeo Weekend Highlights:
Chili Chowder Cook-Off at Sarge’s Pub and Grub
Thursday, January 30th | 5-7pm
Start your weekend with a warm and delicious tradition! Local chefs will battle it out in a chili and chowder cook-off, and you get to taste and vote for your favorite. It’s a fun, flavorful way to kick off Snodeo Weekend.
Casino Night at The Rangeley Inn and Tavern
Thursday, January 30th | 7-10pm
Test your luck and enjoy some classic casino games at The Rangeley Inn’s Casino Night. It’s a great way to relax and have fun while supporting the local snowmobile trail system.
Live Auction at Moose Alley
Friday, January 31st | Doors open at 4pm, Auction starts at 6:30pm
Join us for a night of fun bidding at the live auction at Moose Alley! The evening will begin with happy hour, live music, and then the auction starts at 6:30pm.

All Levels Yoga at Rangeley Health & Wellness
All Levels Yoga every week from 9:00-10:15am! This class is taught in the classical Iyengar method, focusing on physical alignment to build strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility while fostering greater self-awareness. Explore a variety of poses, including Standing poses, Forward extensions, Back extensions, Twists, Inversions, and Restoratives. Pranayama Each pose may be taught in stages with props, modifications, and alternatives provided, ensuring everyone can participate fully—from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Classes are $10 for members of the Fitness Center and $12 for non-members!
