Rangeley Roost Description
Beautiful and warmly-decorated log-faced home, with additional cozy, fully-furnished apartment, situated in tall timbers in the Rangeley Overlook. Private and peaceful, yet close to the town of Rangeley and area attractions. Includes shared waterfront on Rangeley Lake (a short drive from the house)!

Shared waterfront access (10-15 minute walk) to Rangeley Lake, including boat launch (bring your own watercraft), swim platform, dock (for pick up/drop off only - no docking boats!), picnic tables, bathroom facilities, BBQ pit, beach area. Waterfront access is an easy drive (3 minutes) from the house, with vehicle parking available.
Deck with Fire Table and cozy, cushioned chairs, Adirondack chairs and teak dining table (spring, summer, and fall) and NEW grill (Available mid-May through mid-October) with large griddle top too!
3-night minimum stay
Pets allowed (one dog maximum per family, please)
No smoking
Three bedrooms plus additional loft bed in the apartment, 2 1/2 total baths including the apartment

If special services are required above and beyond the standard plowing and sanding, and/or if a renter's vehicle gets stuck due to snowy conditions, Morton & Furbish Rental Agency is glad to organize assistance (cost to be paid by the renter)
