For your convenience we have created a page designed to display all of our 2010 winter seasonal rentals. All rentals have a three month minimum and are available beginning December 1, 2009 or January 1, 2010.  A deposit of one month's rent is due at the time of booking. All seasonal rentals are to be paid in full by January 1, 2010. Rent includes all utilities (heat, electric, plowing, TV if available, etc.). All rentals incur a 8.5% Maine Sales Tax.
